Through 2023 and 2024 NNLCRP have many projects planned at this wonderful station.

Doncaster Station was built in 1849 and is the main South Yorkshire railway station located on the East Coast Main Line to London. It is located adjacent to the Frenchgate shopping centre with a direct walk way linking the two structures. Doncaster railway station has all the facilities you would expect of a major transport hub including a taxi rank, ATM machine and plenty of places to eat and drink both in the station and next door in the Frenchgate centre.

During 2023 our partnership members have made initial visits to the station and explored in and around the site. The station is perfectly located to all town centre amenities and heritage sites, including and incredible library and museum.
